Seven Lakes North and South are the original gated sections, with wooded and lake lots, 1980s-90s ranches and contemporaries, newer custom builds, and a modest supply of townhomes; Seven Lakes South contains the Seven Lakes Country Club course. Seven Lakes West surrounds Lake Auman, the area's premium water, and skews toward larger and newer homes. Beyond the gates, the surrounding West End area offers acreage. Blake's working ranges: interior homes $300s to $500s, lake-view $500s up, Lake Auman waterfront frequently $800s and above. Field estimates only, and dues vary by section.

Commute considerations

NC 211 east toward West End, Pinehurst and Aberdeen is the main artery. Expect real drives to the hospital and shopping, and the county's longest commute to Fort Bragg.

Moore County Schools assigns by address through its online locator; bus routes from the western county are longer than from the towns.

Recreation

Lakes with marinas, community beaches and boating, tennis and pickleball, clubhouses, and the Seven Lakes Country Club course. Lake Auman permits larger boats than the other lakes.

Healthcare access

FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst is the referral center and a meaningful drive east — time it yourself if health needs matter.

New construction

Custom and semi-custom homes on remaining platted lots. Lot quality varies with slope, soil and water access; have a builder walk it first.
