What we collect
- Contact details you submit: name, email, phone, current location, timeframe, budget range, preferred communities, financing status, and any questions you choose to share.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.
- Site usage measured through cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
How we use it
- To send the relocation guide, respond personally, and prepare for a consultation.
- To send follow-up email only with your permission, and text messages only if you separately opt in.
- To understand which pages and campaigns help people plan a move.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and replying STOP to a text ends texts immediately.
- Declining cookies turns off analytics and advertising measurement; the site still works.

Cookies and outside services
- Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only after you accept cookies; until then they run in a consent-denied mode that sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
- Some pages use outside services that may set their own cookies or receive your device's basic information when they load: Google Maps for maps, Calendly for booking, embedded videos, and the MLS listing feed for home photos and details.
- Saved homes and search preferences may be kept in your own browser so the site remembers them on your next visit.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and guide requests are kept in our client records for as long as needed to help you and to meet brokerage record-keeping obligations, or until you ask us to delete them where the law allows.
Sharing
- Information is shared only with the service providers used to run the site, send email or text, and manage client records — never sold.
- Real estate transactions may require sharing details with a lender, attorney, inspector, or brokerage at your direction.
