Housing & price context
The downtown grid and the historic Weymouth area east of it hold the town's oldest and most sought-after homes — bungalows, larger historic houses, and walkable streets, with the Weymouth Center and Weymouth Woods nearby. North and west of downtown sit 1950s-70s brick and ranch neighborhoods on generous lots at more moderate prices. Newer traditional and modern farmhouse construction concentrates on the south and west sides, including golf-adjacent living near Mid Pines, Pine Needles, and Talamore. East of town, toward the Walthour-Moss Foundation, the map turns to horse farms and acreage. Blake's working ranges: townhomes from the $250s, established single-family $400s to $700s, walkable downtown and Weymouth homes often $600s and up, equestrian property $700s into the millions.
