Housing & price context
Old Town Pinehurst holds the 1920s and 1930s cottages inside the National Historic Landmark district, walkable to the Village and under design review. Around the resort courses sit villa and townhome clusters — the easiest low-maintenance living in the county. Country Club of North Carolina (CCNC) and Forest Creek are gated, club-centered enclaves with larger lots and the top of the local price range. Pinewild Country Club offers gated golf living on the village's west side, National Golf Club adjoins Pinehurst National, and Lawn and Tennis and Unit-numbered residential areas fill in the middle market with mid-century ranches and 1990s-2010s homes. Newer construction sits mostly on the village's outer edges. Blake's working ranges: villas and townhomes from the mid $300s, established single-family from the mid $500s through the $900s, CCNC, Forest Creek and larger customs well past $1M.
