Housing runs from 1920s and 1930s cottages in the historic core, to mid-century ranches, to golf-course and lakefront homes in the courses and gated enclaves outside the village center, to newer construction on the village's outer edges. Many homes sit within golf or country-club communities that carry their own dues and membership structures separate from the purchase price. Blake's working range for the historic village and club areas is broad on purpose: villas and townhomes generally start in the mid $300s, established single-family homes in and near the village commonly run from the mid $500s through the $900s, and CCNC, Forest Creek and larger custom homes move well past $1M. These are Blake's current field estimates, not published statistics — ask for an address-level range before you plan around a number.
